2000 kVA high voltage diesel uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system with two output buses for sale
Technical data: 2000 kVA, 10 kV, 50 Hz, power factor 0.8, 1500 rpm
The system consists of:
• Power generation module (PGM) - diesel engine with optimized emissions, induction coil, synchronous generator;
• Starter;
• Battery (Pb);
• Redundant start panel RSP;
• Diesel generator automatic oil lubrication equipment;
• Unit control panel UCP with touch screen and diesel reduction start
module;
• Auxiliary control panel ACP for radiator and fuel tank control;
• High voltage unit reactor panel URP, 10 kV;
• Generator transformer panel GTP 660V /400V;
• Block transformer panel UTP 10 kV/660V;

• Bypass control panel BCP and auxiliary panels DCP and ADC, BCP capable of controlling six (6) parallel operating systems with programmable logic controller PLC. DCP for powering auxiliary medium voltage DC circuits, ADC for alternating current supply to UPS control panels 400V, 320A block. Interfaces of high voltage switchgear with diesel UPS control panel via Modbus and I/0 modules.
• Monitoring - standard monitoring system for graphical and digital display of current and stored data, alarms;
• Main input power cabinet (MPB), which consists of an input input main cabinet and an output main cabinet:
• Input main power cabinet (IMPB) - metal enclosure. for medium voltage distribution, 10 kV, 16 kA - 1 sec., 50 Hz. The circuit breakers are fixed. Must be able to connect six systems operating in parallel: 2 x input circuit breakers Q7A and Q7B, l x UPS system circuit breaker 1Ql, 1 x bypass disconnection panel Q3A and a measurement panel. Must be able to transmit data to the UPS system via Modbus interface; • Output main power cabinet (OMPB) - metal closed, for medium voltage distribution, 10 kV, 16 kA - 1 sec. 50 Hz. The circuit breakers are fixed. Must be able to connect six systems operating in parallel: lx bypass circuit breaker panel 1Q3A. 1xUPS output circuit breaker 1Q2A, 1 x UPS output circuit breaker Q4A, l x UPS output disconnection Q4Ad. 2 measuring panels, 1 x output switch Q80A. Modbus interface with UPS system control panel;
• Exhaust system with muffler, exhaust manifold, two flexible connections for diesel exhaust outlets;
• Cooler with horizontal radiator cooler (directional blade fan) for diesel cooling with six flexible bellows for connecting drying pipes.
