We have designed the CF/VR series C-frame motorized hydraulic presses in a range of three different capacities, from 80 to 150 tonnes.

Specifically engineered for medium to high volume production processes such as stamping, die-cutting, and deep drawing. The new generation of CF/VR hydraulic presses offers versatile applications, making it possible to integrate these machines into automated production lines.

They operate at hydraulic pressures below 290 BAR to ensure increased longevity of the entire hydraulic system.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES:
The CF/VR series hydraulic C-frame presses feature an electro-welded frame made exclusively of S355JR steel, stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and high precision. The structure is designed and calculated using finite element analysis (FEA) software, guaranteeing our high standards for precision and quality at all times.

Each press is equipped with upper and lower tables made of machined C45E steel, featuring DIN 650 T-slots. The upper table maintains perfect parallelism via four 50 mm diameter lateral cylindrical guides with maintenance-free, anti-friction, bimetallic bushings.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT:
The main cylinder is single-acting, with a lapped barrel, chrome-plated piston rod, and maintenance-free wear guides. For rapid approach and return movements, two double-acting lateral cylinders are fitted, also with lapped barrels, chrome-plated rods, and maintenance-free wear guides, enabling fast approach and return speeds.

The motorized hydraulic unit includes a prefill valve for approach and return, and a fixed displacement pump for constant-speed operations. The assembly also features a check valve, pressure relief valve, cylinder decompression valve, and air-oil cooling system.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY:
Standard equipment includes a SIEMENS SIMATRIC S7 1200 series PLC and a 7'' tilting touch screen panel (MPT-700 model), enabling programming of press force, cylinder stroke, and speeds, with storage for up to 300 programs.

All electric and hydraulic controls are redundant and self-monitoring. An additional safety block and self-checking devices are installed for operational safety. Includes verification and certification of proper functionality and correct safety distances for photocell protection.

Activation is via a low-voltage electric foot pedal.

To guarantee safety, the presses feature type 4 PLe safety light curtains at the working area front, two fixed lateral safety guards with polycarbonate windows, and internal LED work lighting.

Fully complies with all essential health and safety requirements according to CE standards.
