HEMA Automatic Monoblock – Filler + Capper – ZALKIN – Stainless Steel

HEMA / ZALKIN automatic filling and capping monoblock, designed to integrate the dispensing of the product and the subsequent placement and closing of caps into a single machine for industrial packaging lines.

The unit combines a HEMA filler with a ZALKIN capping system, synchronizing both operations through a compact rotary configuration. The containers are automatically transported between the different stations, reducing transfers and providing a continuous filling and closing process.

Its construction, primarily in stainless steel, complete enclosure, and integrated control panel make it particularly suitable for professional applications in the food and beverage industries.

PROCESS

The containers automatically enter the monoblock and are positioned in the HEMA filling section, where the different stations perform the product dispensing.

Once filled, the containers are synchronously transferred to the ZALKIN capper. The caps, previously fed and oriented, are placed on the containers and then closed by the corresponding heads.

The finished containers exit continuously to the next stage of the line.
