The HELY & JOLY P 100 VICH is a high-quality industrial grinder/mixer, combined with the function of an efficient stuffing mixer. It is designed for the comprehensive preparation of raw materials in butcher shops, meat processing plants, large delicatessen stores, and facilities producing sausages and ready-to-eat meals. The machine allows for simultaneous or staged mixing of spices, water, and meat, followed by efficient grinding of the mixture to the desired consistency. Thanks to the large mixing bowl capacity (120 liters) and the large grinding throat diameter (110 mm), the device significantly reduces the production cycle time and minimizes the need for separate machines. The 1.85 kW drive unit ensures reliable operation of the mixing paddles and smooth operation of the screw shaft without the risk of clogging the throat.
