The Hebrock F 2

The 3.3 m long F 2 is not only attractively priced and space-saving. It also features the equipment you need to process edges perfectly from the start: diamond-tipped joining cutters guarantee excellently prepared workpieces for edge banding. The equipment includes a joining unit (up to 2 mm cutting depth), the top-mounted quick-heating glue tank, a mitre saw, and a combination milling machine. Optionally, the F 2 can also be equipped with a surface scraper blade.

With PLC control (including touchscreen) and hot melt glue application to the workpiece for edge material up to 3 mm; joining cutter (including diamond tool) up to 2 mm cutting depth, maintenance-free glue tank with interchangeable tank provision including glue outlet device, HF mitre saw station (approx. 12,000 rpm), HF milling station (approx. 12,000 rpm) with separate pneumatic milling adjustment and interchangeable plate milling cutter (combination version), robust chain drive, ball-bearing double roller pressure, viewing window from the back of the machine, pull-out workpiece support, feed rate approx. 10 m/min.
