Overhauled last year (drive belt and rollers replaced, and the glue pot was refurbished). The edge banding machine operated on a single shift, 8 hours a day, from Monday to Friday.
The machine is designed for efficient edge banding of furniture components with PVC, ABS, melamine, and veneer edges. This model is valued for its high-quality processing, robust construction, and ability to operate in continuous mode.

Detailed description:
A German-made Hebrock narrow strip edge banding machine with a system for applying glue to the edge of the component and edge banding with edges from 0.4 to 3 mm thick for components from 10 to 60 mm thick, as well as pre-milling the board with diamond cutters. The machine is optimally equipped for every type of edge.
The machine's equipment is fully utilized thanks to the computer and PLC control, which fully controls the individual units. The patented Hebrock system in the edge trimming units (which involves adjusting the lower and upper cutters from outside the machine – during operation), as well as automatic adjustment between thin and thick edges, eliminates the need to open the rear housing, which results in significant time savings, comfort, precision, and user-friendliness.
