HawkTech LC-5005 – Pittsburgh Lock Machine for HVAC Duct Fabrication

The LC-5005 forms the Pittsburgh lock seam on square and rectangular HVAC duct components. With 7 pairs of vertical forming shafts (each with left, middle, and right rolls), the profile is gradually formed, resulting in a clean and consistent seam. The upper section automatically adjusts to sheet thickness via a double-head stud and disc spring – no manual readjustment is needed during normal operation. Multiple lock profiles and combinations can be produced (Pittsburgh lock, drive cleat, and more).

Compact and lightweight (360 kg) with a small footprint, the machine is easy to move, simple to adjust, and reliable – ideal for on-site duct fabrication as well as workshop use in industrial plants, hotels, and shopping centers.
