The 2-axis WP CNC-T cleaning machine is an excellent example of a device that combines a machine built on the basis of the most modern components with high efficiency and the most favorable price. This machine operates on the basis of linear motor technology (magnetic cushion), allowing for long-term operation of the device. The set of tools with which the machine is equipped allows for cleaning the most common PVC profiles on the market. The basic machine is a strong, stable frame made of structural steel. The control panel is equipped with a PC computer.

Working arm:
The working arm is driven by a linear motor (no clutches, gears, racks, lead screws). The linear motor moves at a set distance from the magnetic strip - no friction!!
Linear motors (for the "X" and "Y" axes) are numerically controlled.
Air cushion
the working arm weighing several dozen kilos during the movement in the "Y" axis is supported by a pneumatic actuator - it constantly supplies pressure of a fixed value, which balances the weight of the arm. This solution allows for the use of short working times without the need to expose the machine components to the risk of rapid destruction.

The operator menu is described by function keys - ease of use in production conditions.
from the control panel, you can easily make corrections to the outline of the profiles (it takes the operator about 1 to 2 minutes to make the correction)
