CNC-controlled machining center with vertical machining spindle suitable for machining extruded aluminum profiles, light metal, PVC and steel from 3 sides. Controlled tilting worktable: -90°/0°/+90° with intermediate angles. The machine is equipped with an electrospindle 4Kw, 18000 rpm, controlled by inverter and quick tool change (tool changer) with spindle ISO30. Interpolation X, Y, Z and W axes controlled by the numerical control. Brushless motors for X, Y, Z and W positioning. Complete with 4 pneumatic double clamps, tool diameter correction via software. Axis movements on linear guides. Left profile stop. 10.4-inch color monitor (touchscreen with simplified Windows-based graphics, TeamViewer for remote maintenance,
special software HICAM 2 / CAMPROX for loading ISO files and running programs).
Possibility to process longer parts.
