GEA Collette MPH 2090

This floor-standing machine is designed for mixing a large number of dry products. Thanks to the planetary motion of the mixing tool, intensive and homogeneous mixing is achieved.

The system consists of a stainless steel vessel—material 316L, mirror-polished, Ra < 0.8 µm—and a stainless steel housing, in which the vessel lid with the integrated mixing units and drives is installed.

The mixing vessel has a capacity of approximately 90 liters (usable volume approx. 30 to 60 liters) and is placed and clamped onto two arms. The mixing material is filled in, after which the vessel is raised hydraulically, causing the mixing tool to immerse into the product.

The mixer is equipped with a 45° spiral-shaped stainless steel mixing tool; the speed can be regulated via a gearbox. The mixing speed is adjustable—48, 82, 135, and 231 rpm. Vessel discharge is performed via a centrally located bottom outlet.

Operation and control, including recipe and batch management, is performed via an operator panel on a separate stainless steel control cabinet. The operating language is English. The system is prepared for use in ATEX-rated (explosion-protected) areas.
