PROCESS

The fruit or raw material, previously prepared, is fed through the upper hopper and passes into the extraction chamber.

Inside, the mechanical system exerts the necessary action to break, press, and/or separate the product, allowing the recovery of juice, pulp, or a combination of both, depending on the product being processed and the internal elements installed.

During the process, undesired fractions, such as peels, seeds, and fibrous material, are separated and evacuated independently of the usable product.
