Oy Foudila Ab is a company based in Kaskinen, Finland, with over 45 years of experience in wood handling equipment. For 15 years, we have also been active in the pallet industry and over the years have developed a wide range of machines for nailing, automatic feeding, and stacking of timber. We manufacture both standard machines and customized solutions tailored to customer requirements.

DNM3500 is a flexible, compact, and efficient pneumatic nailing machine for the production of deck or stringer pallets (2-way pallets). The machine features motorized conversion for stringer channels. Its user-friendly software enables very rapid changeovers, and the machine can store settings for over 100 different deck formats and pallets. It uses Bostitch nail guns equipped with nail magazines for jumbo coils, including indicators. There are options for producing asymmetric deck/stringer pallets. The machine is fitted with flexible cassettes for boards. An acoustic enclosure provides noise reduction and ensures safe operation. The machine is operated via a 10-inch touchscreen. Beckhoff control system.

The machine is CE-marked.

The machine can be equipped with automatic board feeding and deck/pallet stacking systems.
