Designed for control weighing of cartons traveling on the conveyor belt with an accuracy of 20g. (Specifically cartons containing glass bottles – for checking full bottles)

Cartons can move along the conveyor in close succession, with the conveyor section assigned to the checkweigher separating them for accurate weighing. (Separation operates on the principle of variable speed conveyors – one slower and one faster)

Measuring range from 400g to 20,000g (0.4 – 20 kg).

If incorrect carton weight is detected, an air cylinder ejects the carton off the conveyor onto a control surface, while the checkweigher issues a warning signal via a red beacon and an audible alarm for operator intervention. (After rejection, the system resumes standard operation, weighing subsequent cartons on the conveyor)
