Self-Loading System (SBS)

SBS Tipper Body
Aluminum box tipper body, front and side walls made of aluminum hollow profiles, welded around the top with a wide special reinforcement profile made of aluminum, and welded with a special frame at the bottom.
Sliding wall for better unloading of the load, with reinforced tarpaulin flaps at the bottom.
Rear wall made of aluminum hollow profiles, as a 2-wing door, with a division of 1/2 to 1/2, framed all around with a special U-profile with stop and rubber seal, with 2 externally mounted swivel locking rods, locked at the top & bottom. Rear wall with mechanical safety locking, operation at the rear on the left in the direction of travel. With pivoting crossbar at the top. The door locks can be locked with a padlock.
