Chassis
Fine-grain steel welded chassis with lightweight design, equipped with a replaceable 2" kingpin. Slightly angled outer frame with Load-Lock profile for load strap attachment. Note: When sideboards are fitted, they must be opened before straps can be attached. Not usable in the gooseneck area. Additional 10 pairs of recessed lashing rings, each rated at 2.5 t. 24-tonne two-speed landing gear with single-side operation and straight foot, without compensating mechanism. Foldable front support legs, extendable and foldable outward in front of the headboard; positioned as far inward as possible during transport. Rear access ladder, side-mounted door retainers, wheel chocks with holders, aluminium side underrun protection, galvanized steel rear underrun protection, quarter fenders in front of the first axle and behind each axle, anti-spray mudflaps behind each axle, rear impact protection with Heavy Blocker cross beam, heavy-duty pallet stop on both sides (approx. 20–25 mm high) with lashing points every 200 mm. Loading height reduced by approx. 20–25 mm. Plastic toolbox.
Axles & Suspension
SAF disc brake axles with air suspension, without lift axle.
Braking System
Dual-line air brake system with spring parking brake. Two colour-coded coupling heads at the front without connecting lines. Electronic Braking System (EBS) with front EBS socket (without connecting cable). Note: The trailer may only be operated with towing vehicles that ensure full ABS functionality. Equipped with raise/lower valve and Vehicle Stability System (RSS).
Electrical System
24 V electrical system with multi-chamber lights, yellow LED side marker lights, two white LED front position lights, two red/white rear outline marker lights, and 2 × 7-pin plus 1 × 15-pin front sockets (without connecting cables).
Floor
Steel front floor section with anti-slip coating. Approx. 30 mm phenolic plywood floor, Omega-reinforced cross joints, longitudinal support beams for high point loading, suitable for forklift axle loads up to 7,100 kg. Steel chequer plate flooring in the wheel area.
Front Wall
Front bulkhead approx. 2,580 mm high with steel corner posts in volume design. Front curtain release mechanism. Internal steel impact protection up to approx. 140 mm height.
Sliding Posts
Three pairs of full-length sliding posts with four socket positions and extended lower pockets. Three post positions with aluminium side slats.
Rear Frame
Steel rear corner posts extending to roof level, curtain tensioning system with round tube and ratchet. Double rear portal doors with two internal locking rods per door.
Curtain
PVC curtain with welded horizontal and vertical reinforcement straps, stainless steel tension buckles, and customer branding on the rear portal.
Roof

Sliding roof with rear end-lift, opening from rear to front. L-roof beams suitable for automotive logistics. Internal roof width approx. 2,490 mm. White roof curtain. EcoLift lifting roof, adjustable by approx. 380 mm with gas strut assistance. Anti-Ice System with centrally positioned hose and automatic ventilation.

Approved for registration in Germany, type-approved according to EC Directive 2007/46. EN 12642 XL load securing certificate (valid only with four rows of aluminium side slats), additional DC 9.5 certificate
