Chassis
Lightweight high-tensile steel welded chassis with replaceable 2" kingpin. Patented curved front design. 24 t two-speed landing gear with single-side operation. Rear swing clearance approx. 2,100 mm (rear position) / 2,600 mm (front position). 2 wheel chocks with holders. Aluminium side underrun protection. Pneumatically folding rear underrun guard. Half-shell mudguards with anti-spray flap on the last axle. Rear towing hook.

Axles & Suspension
SAF 430 mm disc brake axles in off-road specification. Laser-aligned axle/suspension system for reduced tyre wear and fuel consumption. Air suspension with air pressure gauge. Automatic first lift axle with forced lowering and traction aid, also electrically operated from the tractor. Hot-dip galvanized lift axle mechanism with 10-year anti-corrosion warranty.

Braking System
Dual-line air brake system with colour-coded air lines. Spring parking brake. 24 V EBS with front socket. Raise/lower valve. Electronic Stability Program (ESP). Automatic tipping lowering system with shut-off valve. TPMS (ECE R141) via EBS with display in the tractor. Axle load indication via EBS CAN bus.

Tyres
385/65 R22.5.

Electrical System
24 V LED lighting. LED front position lights. LED rear marker lights. LED side marker lights. 2 × 7-pin and 1 × 15-pin front sockets. Two recessed LED rear work lights.

Hydraulics
Low-pressure tipping cylinder (max. 170 bar), hard chrome-plated first stage. Hydraulic operation via PTO. Hydraulic connection with 48 mm HDK screw coupling.

Body
Round steel body in Stone Master Design, manufactured from wear-resistant HB 400/450 steel. Sloping front wall with external hydraulic cylinder mount. Internal front access ladder. Aerodynamic Greenline tapered body design. External shovel and broom holder. Hydraulic rear tailgate with approx. 2,200 mm opening height. Tailgate protection cover and rubber seal. Heat-resistant up to 170°C. Side walls 4 mm, floor 4/5 mm, weight-optimised wear-resistant construction.

Cover System

Fliegl S.T.E.P. swivelling front platform with folding access ladder (left side), in combination with Flip Top sliding cover. Electrically operated Flip Top cover with automatic rear locking bow, operated from the trailer or via radio remote control. 7-pin spiral cable to tractor included (tractor socket required).
