For the most efficient edge gluing of parallel-connected veneer strips into continuous or component-specific veneer surfaces. The cut or rotary-cut veneers must be pre-glued with PVAc or UREA adhesives. This edge feeding joining apparatus is the most economical alternative to longitudinal joining apparatuses for cross-grain applications.

Cross cutter
For cutting to a pre-set format width (across the grain) directly after splicing. Short widths can be pre-set and measured with the integrated encoder. Larger widths are determined by two photoelectric sensors that are mounted at the required distance from the clipper on the direct stacking device.
Direct stacking device DA-12R, belt system
For unloading and stacking the veneer surface directly after joining. The joined surfaces are gently unloaded and stacked on this compact direct stacking device without any mechanical impact.
