Description

Offered is an industrial FISA ultrasonic cleaning system for cleaning and maintaining large injection molds, die-casting molds, and other molds, as well as heavy components.

The system consists of three stations arranged one behind the other for ultrasonic cleaning, cold rinsing, drying, and preservation. The design is intended for workpieces or molds with a weight of up to 2,200 kg.

The VST 1200 cleaning station is designed as a noise-insulated INSON version. It features a pneumatically operated hinged cover, automatic water supply, safety float switch, vapor extraction with fans, and an adjustable timer.

The ultrasonic generation is provided by two FISA USM 28/R generators and four MAGNASONIC transducers FB 550 PLAN.

A cold rinsing station VST 1200 and a drying and preservation station VST 1200/P with Option D are connected to the cleaning station. The preservation station also has a pneumatically operated hinged cover, a vapor extraction system, and a sight glass for liquid level control.

Above the preservation tank, there is a drip and blow-off station with side doors, a splash guard, an extraction system, and a flexible hose for blowing out the cleaned molds.

Condition

Used industrial system. The system is shown fully assembled and connected in the pictures. A successful handover and instruction were documented in 2016.

The current operating condition, the tightness of the tanks, the performance of the ultrasonic generators, and the function of the heating, pumps, pneumatics, extraction system, and control system should be checked again before sale or during an inspection.

Inspection and functional testing possible by arrangement. Sale in the existing condition and scope of supply according to the illustrations and documentation. Dismantling, loading, and transport must be coordinated in advance due to the size and weight.
