FICEP HP35T - CNC SAWING & DRILLING LINE FOR ANGLE STEEL | YEAR 2012 | RECONDITIONED
The Ficep HP35T is a CNC-controlled sawing and drilling line for the economical series processing of angle steel (L-profiles) in structural steelwork. Sawing and drilling run in a single automated pass with DSTV data connectivity, reducing handling, marking time and scrap for beam connections, gusset plates and lattice structures.

FUNCTION & APPLICATION
The HP35T processes equal- and unequal-leg angle steel (L-profiles) up to 350 x 350 mm leg dimension and combines sawing with two drilling spindles (max. dia. 40 mm) into one continuous machining process. Material is fed via a motorized infeed roller conveyor, hydraulically clamped and positioned under CNC control. The PC-based Ficep CNC control enables manual programming at the operator terminal as well as direct program import from structural-steel CAD systems (e.g. Tekla, SDS/2, BOCAD) via DSTV.
Typical applications: structural steelwork and profile processing, lattice and mast structures, plant and steel hall construction, gusset plates and beam connections.
