FEMI DCS NG 110

New, innovative DCS system with 5 pre-set cutting speeds for the most common materials. In addition, the belt speed can be manually adjusted continuously. A load indicator signals the motor load, in order to minimize motor damage, potential saw blade breakage, and cutting errors caused by excessive pressure. The reversed rotation direction of the saw blade (NG system) enables a cutting speed up to 40% faster than with traditional machines. The patented slip clutch prevents over-tensioning of the saw blade. A cutting line laser facilitates accurate positioning of the material. Despite a large cutting area of 110x85 mm, the machine is very light at 17 kg. The saw frame and base plate are made of aluminum die-cast and thus enable an enormous weight reduction. The vice cast into the base plate ensures maximum precision. A miter adjustment of 0 – 45° and adjustable belt guides enable versatile applications and accurate cuts.
