Paintwork:
* Entire steel construction automatically blasted after welding using a shot-blasting machine
* Second blasting with corundum for optimal coating adhesion
* HRM metallisation of the entire vehicle chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc/15% aluminium) to ensure optimal corrosion protection
* Final coating with 2 layers of 2K topcoat, single color in RAL 3002 Carmine Red as per RAL System 841GL
* Rear section metallised and painted in RAL 9010 (Pure White)
* Rims in silver grey
* Paint system tested by salt spray test according to ISO 9227-NSS
* Cavities sealed with special wax
* Metallic paint finish not possible

* One galvanized steel front wall (EN12642-XL), approx. 1,200 mm high
