- High-strength fine-grained steel construction

- Electrical installation as per EU standards
- Lighting 24V ASPÖCK-NORDIK (ASS3)
- All LED marker lights flash with the indicators

Paintwork:
- Entire steel frame is automatically shot-blasted after welding
- Second blasting with corundum for optimal coating adhesion
- HRM metallisation of the whole chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc / 15% aluminium) for maximum corrosion protection
- Final coating with two layers of 2K topcoat, single-colour in RAL 3002 Carmine Red according to RAL system 841GL
- Rear end metallised and painted in RAL 9010 (Pure White)
- Paint system tested in salt spray test according to ISO 9227-NSS
- Cavity sealing with special wax
- No metallic paint finish possible
