Extendable load area: Load area in extendable design with rear bevel approx. 500 mm x 8°. 8 pairs of lashing rings foldable outwards (LC 10,000 daN). 1 pair of lashing rings, flat in the front of the load area (LC 10,000 daN). Cutouts in the outer frame of the load area for attaching lashing straps (LC 2,000 daN). Hardwood flooring approx. 48 mm thick, over the axles with checker plate cover. Two-piece steel ramps: One pair of galvanized two-piece steel ramps, approx. 2,750 + 1,400 x 900 mm, with Super Grip rubber coating. Ramps with hydraulically folding ramp sections. Hydraulic lifting device, hydraulically movable. Maximum load per pair: 50,000 kg. In compliance with regulation 1230/2012/EU, ramps shorter than 300 mm in transport position do not have to be included in the total vehicle length of 16,500 mm. Axles: BPW axles and suspension, 1st axle steered (leading), 2nd and 3rd axle rigid, 4th and 5th axle steered (trailing), air suspension, with lifting/lowering function, drum brakes. Trailing steering axles with electromagnetic reversing lock activated via reverse gear or manually. Technical axle load: 12,000 kg each. Tyres: Tyres 235/75 R 17.5 3PMSF – make at our discretion. TPMS: Tyre Pressure Monitoring System according to ECE R 141. Data transfer to the tractor unit via the standardized EBS interface according to ISO 11992. For correct display, the tractor unit must be capable of receiving and displaying this data. Landing gear: JOST landing gear (mechanical) with 2-speed gearbox for approx. 24 t lifting capacity (approx. 50 t test load). Brake system: Wabco brake system according to EU regulations with EBS-E (4S3M), without connecting lines to the tractor unit. Steel structure: Steel structure made of high-strength fine-grain steels. Steel grades: S355J2+N/S355MC (yield strength 355 MPa) S690QL/S700MC (yield strength 690 MPa). Electrical system: Electrical system according to EU regulations, lighting 24 Volt ASPÖCK-NORDIK (ASS3). All LED side marker lights flash with the indicator. ASPÖCK-UNIBOX on the front connection rail with 24N, 24S & 15-pin sockets. Connections according to ISO: 24N ISO-1185, 24S ISO-3731, 15-pin ISO-12098. Paintwork: Complete steel structure automatically shot-blasted after welding. Second blasting stage with corundum for optimal adhesion of the coating system. HRM-metallizing of the entire vehicle chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc/15% aluminum) for best corrosion protection. Final coating with 2 layers of 2K topcoat, single color in RAL 3002 carmine red, according to RAL system 841GL. Rear part metallized and painted in RAL 9010 (pure white). Including the following additional equipment: - 2" king pin - One galvanized steel front wall, approx. 400 mm high. - One spare wheel carrier in front of the front wall. - Yellow-red air couplings on the galvanized connection rail at the front. - A bracket for a beacon at the rear of the trailer. - Galvanized supports under the bevel of the load area. - Super Grip 25 rubber coating on the bevel of the load area. - Cover plates to bridge the gap between ramps and load area (±17 kg). - Electro-hydraulic unit at the rear, under the la...
