CUTTING PROCESS

The FAM ILC-2 receives the product and guides it towards the various cutting elements of the machine.

Depending on the installed tooling, the product passes through successive cutting stages. In a typical dicing configuration, the system performs the necessary cuts in different planes until dice with regular dimensions are obtained.

The final size and geometry depend directly on the configuration of blades, slice guides, and installed cutting elements.
