The professional industrial dicing machine FAM CHD-3D is an extremely efficient and versatile three-dimensional slicing machine, designed for continuous operation in the demanding conditions of the food industry. The machine is ideal for large meat processing plants. Its special design allows for the processing of even very large products without the need for pre-cutting, which significantly shortens the entire process time. The machine's operating mechanism is based on an advanced, three-stage cutting system. The product fed into the rotating drum (impeller wheel) is stabilized and first cut into slices by centrifugal force, then divided into strips by a system of circular blades, and finally, a precise shaft with chopping blades performs the final cut into perfect cubes. This technology guarantees perfect geometry and consistent slicing, minimizing waste and the formation of "ragged" edges. The entire construction of the machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring maximum resistance to aggressive cleaning agents and moisture. The heart of the drive is a powerful 7.5 kW motor, which easily handles hard raw materials, guaranteeing a performance level of up to 3000 kg/h (depending on the type and size of the raw material).
