The CNC AUER Unicapp woodworking line is fully functional for standard carpentry tasks, and it can process KVH and BSH lumber in full lengths (13m). A roof truss or other wooden structure drawn in a CAD program for carpenters, such as SEMA, can be directly sent to the CNC machine. Demonstration and testing are possible.
The maximum working height with the width of the processed lumber is 26/24 cm.
The machine features a miter saw, mortiser, drill, saddle milling machine, rabbeting and tenoning cutter, and an automatic feeder. More information is available by phone.
The machine software is still supported.
The total length of the machine is 21m, and it requires a main circuit breaker of 3x50A.

This is a woodworking line for processing beams/roof trusses – it combines a saw for cross-cutting and mitering, milling cutters for fitting, mortising joints, a drill, and a mortising unit. The workpiece is moved using gripper jaws along the entire length of the beam with pneumatic clamping. The configuration with 5 units and a 30kW power consumption corresponds to a medium-sized line for smaller carpentry operations (max. beam profile approximately 280x160 mm).
