Elumatec VS 750 four-head welding machine with EV850 4-axis CNC cleaning line.
The welding machine and cleaner are currently programmed only for SCHÜCO profiles.
Profile height range for welding: 30-185 mm
Minimum window dimensions for welding: 350 x 350 mm
Maximum window dimensions for welding: 2600 x 4000 mm
Weld bead limitation: 0.2 mm and 2 mm
The welding machine features a touch operator panel based on Windows XP
The cleaner is also equipped with an operator panel
Online connection is available between the welding machine and the cleaner
After welding, automatic transport to the cleaner is provided
The cleaner operates in both manual and automatic mode
In automatic mode, the rotation station turns the window to each specific corner to be processed by the cleaner.
We provide assistance with machine disassembly and loading for transport.
