Elumatec SA 142 4KW Retrofit
Fully automatic sawing machine for non-ferrous metal and plastic

After completion of the retrofit, the machine is in mint condition, both technically and visually.

The machine will be overhauled in our company at the customer's request. Among other things, the following
points were renewed:
- Conversion to Siemens S7 PLC control
- Conversion to Siemens HMI control panel
- New electrical components
- New pneumatic lines
- Maintenance or replacement of all pneumatic cylinders and valve terminals
- Maintenance of minimum lubrication system
- Replacement of general wear parts
- Overhaul of the cab


Warranty:
Unless otherwise agreed, we provide a 6-month warranty on all parts overhauled or replaced by us. Working time and wearing parts are excluded from the warranty.

Optional:
- Extension of the sawing area to flat 90° max.: 300 x 120 mm
- Splitting extension (for a high-quality cut surface without return marks)
