This is a pressure braising pan from the premium manufacturer Elro, model DBGN33-EDS-90, built in 2015. It is a top-of-the-line product in commercial kitchen technology, renowned for its superior quality and durability. This product is virtually indestructible. The high-quality braising pan comes equipped with the Elro Quick Cook Select control system, enabling extremely easy operation. The unit is in excellent condition.
