Large-format laminator for laminating materials from roll. The machine is adapted for coating PVC tarpaulins. New machine from 2025, used 3 times for testing purposes only.

Production capacity: 30 linear meters/hour.
Lacquer application: forced via 24V peristaltic pump up to 20L/h.
Capable of coating products up to 3.2 m wide.
Machine equipped with a strip of IR emitters (12 pcs) for lacquer drying, a blower strip for product cooling, and thermocouples for temperature measurement. Tension regulation of the material is managed by pneumatic reducers.

Media: power supply 3-phase/64A/5-pin plug, installed power up to 10kW, compressed air up to 4 bar.

Machine is connected to utilities and can be tested on-site.
