Eillert MSD 500 V HD

The Eillert MSD 500 V HD 2 centrifuge is the heavy-duty version of the MSD series and is fully programmable. Thanks to programmable centrifuge speed, cycle time, rotation direction, and soft-start functionality, the machine is suitable for processing all types and qualities of fruits and vegetables.
Up to 20 preset programs can be easily configured and recalled instantly using the robust stainless-steel push buttons, with settings clearly displayed on the integrated control panel. Program parameters can be locked to prevent unauthorized changes by operators.
The alternating left/right rotation cycle, combined with the soft-start function, ensures optimal dewatering performance for whole leaves, delicate products, and coarse-cut produce. This model is particularly well suited for heavier products such as cut lettuce, onions, mixed salads, carrots, and a wide variety of other fruits and vegetables.
The centrifuge is constructed entirely from stainless steel, ensuring durability, easy cleaning, and compliance with stringent food industry hygiene requirements.
