The bowl rotates at up to 500 rpm in both directions, and the machine offers 3 separately switchable bowl speeds.

Operation is controlled via an SL23 membrane keypad with contactor control and motor protection, while smooth speed regulation is available through a potentiometer. A digital display shows blade shaft speed, bowl revolutions, and temperature in real time, and safety switches for the bowl and temperature ensure safe operation.
