JetPetroClean container washing station

The installation is used to clean the inside of petroleum products tanks, especially railway cisterns. The cleaning process takes place in a closed system using hot water or hot water with detergents. Washing consisted in introducing a washing head through the upper hatch of the tank, and then washing the inside of the tank under a specified pressure. Dirty water was drained to the container tank by means of the lower inlets of the cistern, by means of diaphragm pumps. There, after the separation of impurities, the water returned to the circulation and was reused for further washing. It took about 1 hour to wash one tanker. The next step was to dry the inside of the tank and remove solid waste from the inside of the tank using exhaust fans. After the washing process was completed, the installation was blown through and dried using compressors.
