DMG MORI CNC DMG DMC 835 V Automat

The CNC machine is exhibiting the following error: program execution with two tool changes. Up to that point, it ran without any problems. Then, at one point, the second tool change was not performed; instead, the error message "tool changer home position missing" appeared.

The auxiliary function and rescue function are not working. Instead, the following error messages appear: "tool holder not open," "tool holder not closed," "tool changer home position missing."

After switching on and starting up, the spindle cannot rotate (without compressed air, it can be moved slightly, but it is very difficult to move). After consulting with DMG Mori, it is possible that the pneumatic cylinder used to hold the tool holder is defective, or the spindle itself.
