Construction and Technology
The CORMAK S440R is based on a stable body and a cast-iron saw arm, which minimizes vibrations and improves cutting quality. The high-quality band drive, controlled by an inverter, allows the cutting speed to be adjusted to the type of material being processed. The 34 mm wide cutting band operates with carbide guide systems, ensuring durability and precision.

Cutting Precision and Performance
The cutting cycle is performed automatically: material clamping, band start-up, controlled lowering of the saw arm, stopping after the cut, and returning to the starting position. This solution significantly reduces operating time and minimizes errors resulting from manual operation. The angle reading system and arm position memory function support precise and repeatable cuts in serial production.
