The DCV6500TC VIBER is a modern industrial dust extraction system designed for intensive operation in woodworking and manufacturing facilities. Design and Technology

The DCV6500TC VIBER has been designed for maximum reliability and long-term operation. The robust steel construction minimizes vibration transfer, while the dynamically balanced metal rotor ensures quiet operation and system stability. The specially designed fan blade geometry improves extraction efficiency while reducing energy consumption. The TC housing with acoustic insulation effectively lowers noise levels in the production area.

Precision and Work Efficiency

The filtration system, based on 32 polyester filters, captures particles down to 5 microns in size. For even higher filtration efficiency, optional HEPA filters can be installed. Quick-access waste containers and intuitive control via the electrical control cabinet improve operator comfort and increase overall productivity.
