CONSTMACH JC-3 mobile jaw crushing and screening plant is a powerful and efficient solution designed for crushing and screening extremely hard rocks such as granite, basalt, and gabbro, which have high abrasiveness and high silica (SiO₂) content. The JC-3 is manufactured using durable materials, first-class engineering, and high-quality workmanship to ensure long-lasting performance. Its compact, dual-chassis design allows for easy transport and quick setup in field conditions.

The plant's first chassis is equipped with a vibrating feed hopper, CJC-110 jaw crusher, bypass belt, feed belt, hydraulically supported mobile chassis, and dust suppression system. The second chassis houses a METSO HP 300 or equivalent cone crusher, a 3 or 4-deck vibrating screen, a return belt, foldable stockpile belts, and an advanced automation system. The PLC-based control system, featuring SIEMENS – SCHNEIDER branded electronic components, enables fully automatic operation. Optional diesel generator integration is also possible.

The JC-3 has a production capacity of 250–300 tons/hour and can process material with a maximum feed size of 1,100 x 850 mm. Three or four different product fractions can be obtained simultaneously. If more fine material or cubic products are required, the plant can be converted to a JCV-3 configuration with a V-80 mobile sand making plant containing a VSI crusher.
