MONDINI EVOLUZIONE SUPER E380VG automatic packaging line, designed for filling and packaging solid and liquid products in PET containers, integrating different dosing and handling operations within a single industrial facility.

The line combines a multi-head weighing and dosing system for solid products with stations for incorporating liquid components, enabling formulations in which the container contains a solid part and a covering liquid, sauce, brine, or other liquid component, depending on the installed configuration.

PROCESS

PET containers are automatically fed into the line and transported to the various processing stations.

The solid product is fed to the multi-head weigher, where it is divided into different portions, and the appropriate combination is selected to achieve the target weight. Subsequently, the dose is discharged into each container.

In a later stage, the liquid component can be incorporated, allowing the product to be completed before the final packaging operations.
