What is this machine exactly used for?

1. Deep, real-time microfiltration: removes fine chips, sludge, and metallic particles from the oil and emulsions, with filtration that can reach 3 µm or even lower values.
2. Maintenance of coolant cleanliness and properties: helps to preserve the quality of the emulsion and reduce the risk of bacterial proliferation and deterioration of the machining oil.
3. Cooling and thermal stabilization: it is equipped with an integrated cooling system that helps prevent overheating of the oil or coolant.
4. Continuous operation in bypass and closed-loop: the system can be connected directly to grinding machines, filtering the fluid during the production process without having to stop the machines.
5. Simultaneous connection to up to 4 machines.
