The COLUMBUS Vacuflex is a robust and versatile vacuum bag designed for applications such as vacuum form bonding, veneering, coating, and laminating workpieces made of wood and wood-based materials. Thanks to its flexible construction, the vacuum bag is particularly suitable for workpieces that, due to their size or geometry, cannot be processed, or can only be processed to a limited extent, in conventional vacuum presses.

The fabric-reinforced and durable material ensures a long service life, even under demanding professional use. At the same time, the vacuum bag allows for easy handling and can flexibly adapt to various workpiece shapes.

With the COLUMBUS Vacuflex, even very large or complex workpieces can be efficiently produced. This makes the vacuum bag ideal as a standalone tool for smaller production environments as well as a valuable addition to existing vacuum presses, significantly broadening the scope of applications.
