Collomix Rota 30

Collomix Rota 30 Paint Mixer

The Collomix Rota 30 is a high-performance biaxial mixer specifically designed for the quick and efficient mixing of paints, varnishes, and plasters in closed containers. It features a biaxial mixing process, in which the container rotates simultaneously around two axes, allowing mixing times of less than 90 seconds, even with heavy materials.

Features and Ergonomics
Automatic clamping: After insertion, the mixing container is automatically fixed and centered.
Safety features: Integrated safety door lock and an emergency stop button; the door only opens after the mixing unit has come to a standstill.
Handling: Equipped with extendable rollers and height-adjustable machine feet for easy positioning.
Durability: An integrated "splash guard" mechanism protects the drive components from contamination by leaking paints.

Application areas
The device is primarily used in the paint wholesale and retail trade, as well as in the chemical industry. It is often used as a system component in paint dispensing systems (tinting systems) to mix color pigments into base paints in a lump-free manner.
