For sale is a professional, four-sided planing machine, CHAMBON TSN 6, manufactured in 2021, in an extended 6-spindle configuration. The machine is designed for efficient and precise wood processing, including four-sided planing and the creation of more complex profiles.

This is not a basic TSN 6 model. The offered unit features 6 spindles, including a universal spindle, Siemens numerical control, driven axes for selected spindles, a Pro-Lock system, and an automatic magazine/feeder for workpieces.

6-spindle configuration:
Bottom – 5.5 kW – Ø40 mm, length 255 mm, 6000 rpm.
Right – 5.5 kW – Ø40 mm, length 170 mm, axial movement 60 mm, profiling up to 20 mm.
Left – 7.5 kW – Ø40 mm, length 170 mm, axial movement 60 mm.
Top – 11 kW – driven angular movement controlled numerically.
Bottom – 7.5 kW – readout of axial and angular settings.
Universal – 11 kW – programmable angular movement and readout of axial and angular settings.

The machine has a 2-axis Siemens Basic control system with a 7-inch touchscreen, program memory, and a graphical interface for easy machine setup. An additional front display shows the current positions and diameters of the tools for the selected program.
Construction and feed
The CHAMBON TSN 6 has a heavy-duty, reinforced frame to reduce vibrations and chrome-plated work tables. An industrial, chainless feed system is used – the rollers are driven by their own gearboxes from a synchronized cardan shaft.
The feed speed is continuously adjustable in the range of 6–24 m/min. The machine has pneumatic clamps, two rollers in front of the first bottom spindle, a system of side clamps, and a central lubrication station. The infeed table is 2000 mm long, and the configuration also includes a loading table of 2500 mm.
