Pipe Shot Blasting Machine
A pipe shot blasting machine is a specialized surface treatment system designed for cleaning, roughening, or preparing the inner or outer surfaces of cylindrical (pipe-shaped) metal parts.
It removes rust, oxide, scale, burrs, and old paint coatings using high-speed abrasive blasting (with steel shots, grit, or sand).

Loading:
Pipes are placed on a roller or conveyor system for easy movement.
Transportation:
The pipes are automatically conveyed into the blasting chamber via a roller conveyor or continuous feed line.
Blasting Process:
Inside the chamber, high-speed turbines throw steel shots or abrasive material onto the pipe’s surface.

During the process, the pipe rotates and moves forward, ensuring uniform cleaning across the entire surface.
Cleaning and Recovery:
The used abrasive is automatically collected, filtered, and reused.
