The housing of the cleaning system and the associated pipelines are made of stainless steel.

A U-shaped spray system ensures easy operation with high efficiency.

A heated tank in the lower part of the system is filled with the cleaning fluid (98% water and 2% detergent).
If the liquid level falls below a certain point, a water connection ensures automatic refilling.
This ensures safety for the heating elements and pump, as well as clean and precise dosing of the required amount of water.
Internal return baskets filter out coarse dirt from the washing solution.
A fume extraction system removes the steam before the hood is opened.
