Once the material exits the extruder in a molten state, it enters the filter under high pressure. The melt flows through a continuous metal filter band, effectively retaining impurities such as paper, aluminium, wood, and other solid contaminants.
When the filter band begins to saturate, the system:
Automatically detects the pressure increase

Activates the filter band advancement
Replaces the contaminated section with a clean one
Ejects the contaminated material
All this occurs without stopping production, ensuring continuous flow and stable line pressure.
