Application

This system is used for precise temperature regulation of a wash solution within a pharmaceutical or biotechnological process system. Typical areas of application include CIP systems, production plant washing stations, and temperature-controlled cleaning processes in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.

The wash solution circulates in a closed loop via pumps, is temperature controlled by the integrated heat exchanger, and continuously monitored by sensors. Temperature is regulated automatically via pneumatic control valves to maintain defined setpoints accurately.
