Our company specializes in manufacturing machinery for the prefabrication of timber-framed houses. This listing offers the ASSEMBLY & ROTATION TABLE ER-01H with a length of 9 m (other lengths available: 6.0 m; 7.5 m; 9.0 m; 10.5 m; 12 m. The modular design allows for table extension, e.g., from 6 m to 9 m, in increments of 1.5 m). The ER-01H tables can be expanded with a second wing (control and hydraulic pump are prewired and ready to connect the second wing).

The single-wing ER-01H rotary table is a versatile workstation for the prefabrication of timber frame walls. ER-01H tables can function as standalone workstations or be integrated as a base/central/final station in a production line.
ER-01H tables can be equipped with pneumatically lifted horizontal roller sets and vertical roller pins. The modular table design allows future length adjustments by replacing a few structural frame elements.
Table rotation is possible from 0° to 81°, and can be unlocked up to 91° for production lines.

We also offer dedicated transport trolleys for the ER-01H tables, enabling the transport of finished prefabricated elements from the table.
