The fully automatic Bizerba Scaleroline A650 slicer is a specially designed vertical slicing machine for meat, poultry, fish, cheese, and processed meats. This industrial slicer is suitable for both fresh and cooked products, making it ideal for medium-sized and large food production companies.
Thanks to its integrated weighing system, products can be sliced to an exact target weight. Virtually all types of sausage, ham, and cheese can be sliced without pre-freezing, with the slices presented either shingled (overlapped) or stacked.
The slicer features a generous 900 mm product feed, while its 420 mm blade can process a wide variety of products at speeds of up to 300 slices per minute.
The intuitive touchscreen control panel allows users to easily program different slicing applications, enabling fast product changeovers. The machine can be flexibly deployed across various production locations and processing lines, delivering high productivity, maximum flexibility, and a rapid return on investment (ROI).
