For sale is a BigRep STUDIO G2 industrial large-format FDM 3D printer from our machine inventory.

The machine will not be sold in an "as is" condition without inspection. Before handover, the printer will be fully technically inspected, serviced, and prepared for production by us.

Special advantage: Technical support is provided by ThinkBig3D, which has many years of BigRep service experience. I myself worked for several years as a service technician directly at the manufacturer BigRep and continue to provide professional support for BigRep systems.

The STUDIO G2 is particularly suitable for the production of large-format prototypes, jigs, models, molds, functional parts and small series.

PEI Switchplate

The machine will be equipped with a PEI switchplate. This system facilitates the removal of components and provides a reliable printing surface for professional use.

PrintShield – AI-based print monitoring

In addition, the machine will be equipped with our self-developed PrintShield system.

Using cameras and AI-based monitoring, ongoing printing processes can be monitored, and typical printing errors or anomalies can be detected. This provides additional process reliability, especially for large-format components and multi-day printing jobs.

As part of the handover, training for the operating personnel will also be provided. Topics covered include machine operation, print preparation, material handling, print bed/PEI switchplate, basic process parameters, maintenance and care, troubleshooting, and the use of PrintShield.

12 months service & support

The purchase price includes 12 months of technical service and support from ThinkBig3D.

This ensures that the buyer has a contact person with extensive BigRep experience even after the machine handover.

The machine can be inspected and demonstrated in Berlin by appointment. A test print is also possible after prior consultation.
