Numerical control with bSolid software The multi-document software application in Windows environment allows the design of the finished product, the definition of its processes, the definition of the work plan, the simulation of the piece machining operations on the 3D model of the machine and generation of the necessary machine programs. bSolid - 3-Axis Machining bSolid - 5-Axis Machining Module for surface machining with 5-axis units and interpolation movements on all 5 available axes (X,Y,Z,C,B). The worktops slide on hardened and ground linear guides using recirculating ball bearing slides. Locking occurs on both linear guides, front and rear, by means of four pneumatic cylinders. A cover is included for chip extraction, with 6 different positions in Z managed by the NC, depending on the length of the tool, or by program.
